“Headlines: Architecture Looking Ahead” – Opening Reception

The Department of Architecture Professionals Advisory Council invites you to their annual exhibit featuring projects currently on the boards in Washington architecture firms. The exhibit runs from April 12 – April 25 in Gould Hall Court. Stop by for the opening on April 12 or anytime during the week to catch this unique glimpse into the architecture studio process.

The Professionals Advisory Council presents the 8th annual exhibit highlighting architectural projects currently being designed by practitioners throughout the region.

HEADLINES explores the ideas behind design, and provides a forum for a public discourse between the region’s academic community and practitioners. An overview of the design innovation and influence of the region’s practitioners, the two week exhibit offers the public and campus community a preview of future projects to be built regionally, nationally and globally. Recent exhibits have included the work of over 50 local firms.

The exhibit begins in Gould Court at the UW College of Built Environments and then travels to architecture schools and institutions within the Northwest. Print
